  Horrid experience dealing with them. Management is very unfriendly and representatives are extremely rude. Not only did they give me the wrong SIM card, but they wouldn't allow me to exchange it for a SIM card that I needed. I purchased the nano SIM believing it was a micro SIM. So I attempted to return it the very next day. The process I went through was time consuming and unnecessary. Instead of a simple exchange or refund, I revived attitudes and very poor customer service. The printer paper receipt I had said nothing about the return or exchange of unopened and unused SIM cards and had no policy whatsoever on the return of SIM cards. I didn't expect the process to be so difficult and it's my first time having such difficulty with AT&T. I won't go to this store for any of my cellular needs again. It's just bad business, and I could do without the attitudes and the constant pestering to up-sale me.Unsatisfied and disappointing customer.

  We went into the store on Friday morning with a new iphone. We were third in line/order. We needed the addressbook contact transfer & new activation. The representative acknowledged the waiting customers, made us comfortable & later recognized us for our patience. He was efficient and professional - As far as I could see, he provided each set of customer with details & promptly answered questions to complete their orders. He knows his product & got the job done - No drama! Great job/Top notch customer service, Robert!
